Lot of oohs and aahs

From a soldier in Iraq:

Greetings,

Imagine our delight yesterday when we received 35 boxes filled with approximately 518 bags of Seattle's Best coffee in many wonderful flavors. The Chaplain declared you all Angels and is excited to get his free Coffee Hut operational! Thanks so much and I will ensure to mail you a picture with all the grateful coffee lovers in our area!

On a different but just as important note, we used up all the Father's Day and School's Out cards that you and your lovely team made for us. Those were some pretty cards that received a lot of oohs and aahs from male and female Soldiers alike. It is so reassuring to know that we are here fighting and sacrificing for folks like you all. Thanks a million for all that you do.

God Bless You!

Warmest Regards,
T.M.

This unit received a case of coffee, thanks to a contact CFH has over at Soldier's Angels. They had a huge coffee donation from Borders that they needed to get out there before it expired in their warehouse. They were asking for contact names and addresses for units who not only could accept a full case of coffee, but who we could contact ahead of time to be sure they were still at that address and willing to receive it. We have a lot of email contacts, so provided them with about 20 names and addresses once we were able to connect with our people. What a thrill to help with more than cards!
